Italian Stromboli

This Italian Stromboli is such an easy delicious way to feed a crowd, and it only has five ingredients! It’s packed with , capicola, gooey mozzarella cheese, store-bought pizza seasoning, and served with a jarred marinara if dipping is your thing.

INGREDIENTS :

Roll Base:

  • 1 tube (13.8 oz) Pillsbury pizza crust

  • 8 slices deli ham

  • 10 slices Genoa salami

  • 12 slices sandwich pepperoni

  • 8 slices provolone or mozzarella

Garlic Butter Glaze:

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

For Dipping:

  • 1 cup marinara sauce

PREPARATION :

  1. Prep:

  2. Garlic Butter:

    • Mix melted buttergarlicparsley, and Parmesan. Set aside.

  3. Layer & Roll:

    • Stretch pizza dough to fit sheet.

    • Layer: ham → salami → pepperoni → provolone.

    • Roll tightly longwise. Seal seam and ends (pinch hard!).

  4. Bake:

    • Score top 3x with serrated knife.

    • Brush with garlic butter.

    • Bake 18-22 mins until golden (follow dough package time).
