This Italian Stromboli is such an easy delicious way to feed a crowd, and it only has five ingredients! It’s packed with , capicola, gooey mozzarella cheese, store-bought pizza seasoning, and served with a jarred marinara if dipping is your thing.
INGREDIENTS :
Roll Base:

1 tube (13.8 oz) Pillsbury pizza crust

8 slices deli ham

10 slices Genoa salami

12 slices sandwich pepperoni

8 slices provolone or mozzarella
Garlic Butter Glaze:

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
For Dipping:

1 cup marinara sauce
PREPARATION :

Prep:

Preheat oven per dough instructions (usually 375°F).

Line baking sheet with parchment.

Garlic Butter:

Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan. Set aside.

Layer & Roll:

Stretch pizza dough to fit sheet.

Layer: ham → salami → pepperoni → provolone.

Roll tightly longwise. Seal seam and ends (pinch hard!).

Score top 3x with serrated knife.
