Hot Italian Grinder Dip (Ranch Style)

 

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (1 oz) packet ranch dip mix
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar–jack cheese blend
  • 3 oz deli ham, finely diced
  • 3 oz hard salami, finely diced
  • 3 oz capicolla, finely diced
  • 6 oz shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup mild banana pepper rings
  • Sturdy crackers, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8-inch round baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in ranch dip mix and hot sauce.
  4. Fold in shredded cheese, then add diced ham, salami, and capicolla.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20–22 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and immediately top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and banana peppers.
  8. Serve hot with sturdy crackers for dipping.
