Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (1 oz) packet ranch dip mix
- 1 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar–jack cheese blend
- 3 oz deli ham, finely diced
- 3 oz hard salami, finely diced
- 3 oz capicolla, finely diced
- 6 oz shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, finely diced
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup mild banana pepper rings
- Sturdy crackers, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8-inch round baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in ranch dip mix and hot sauce.
- Fold in shredded cheese, then add diced ham, salami, and capicolla.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20–22 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and immediately top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and banana peppers.
- Serve hot with sturdy crackers for dipping.
