Hot Chocolate Lasagna

Ingredients:

  • Oreo Crust
  • 36 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Hot Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 envelopes (0.73 oz each) instant hot cocoa mix (milk chocolate)
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • Chocolate Pudding Layer
  • 2 packages (3.8 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • Topping
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream (or 2 1/2 cups whipped topping)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • Chocolate sauce or Nutella, for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch dish and chill to set.
  2. Beat butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with hot cocoa mix until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture. Spread over crust and chill.
  4. Whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened. Stir in marshmallows and spread over mousse layer. Chill until set.
  5. Whip remaining cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks. Spread on top. Chill several hours or overnight.
  6. Top with mini marshmallows and drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.
