Ingredients:
- Oreo Crust
- 36 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Hot Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 envelopes (0.73 oz each) instant hot cocoa mix (milk chocolate)
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- Chocolate Pudding Layer
- 2 packages (3.8 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 3/4 cups milk
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Topping
- 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream (or 2 1/2 cups whipped topping)
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- Chocolate sauce or Nutella, for drizzling
Instructions:
- Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch dish and chill to set.
- Beat butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with hot cocoa mix until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture. Spread over crust and chill.
- Whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened. Stir in marshmallows and spread over mousse layer. Chill until set.
- Whip remaining cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks. Spread on top. Chill several hours or overnight.
- Top with mini marshmallows and drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.
