Honey Mustard Chicken

 

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • Optional: fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken in the dish and brush evenly with the sauce.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Optional: Broil 2–3 minutes for a caramelized top.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
