Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- Optional: fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the dish and brush evenly with the sauce.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Optional: Broil 2–3 minutes for a caramelized top.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
