Ingredients:
- 1 goat cheese log (about 11 oz)
- 1/4 cup roasted pistachios, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fig spread
- Crackers or bread, for serving
Instructions:
- Let goat cheese soften slightly at room temperature.
- Spread chopped pistachios on a plate and roll the goat cheese log to coat all sides.
- Place coated goat cheese on a serving tray and drizzle with honey.
- Warm the fig spread for 10 seconds, then drizzle over the top.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
