- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons cold water

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg and egg yolks until light and fluffy.
- Add the cold water and salt, then gradually mix in the flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 5–7 minutes.
- Roll the dough out to about 1/8-inch thickness.
