Ingredients
- For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- For the Peanut Butter Layer:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- For the Chocolate Ganache:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Optional: Chopped peanuts or Reese’s pieces for topping
Instructions
1. Make the Crust:
Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into a 9×13″ dish. Chill 10 minutes.
2. Prepare Peanut Butter Mousse:
Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust.
3. Create Ganache:
Heat cream until steaming (not boiling), then pour over chocolate chips. Let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Cool slightly before pouring over peanut butter layer.
4. Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight). Slice and top with extras if desired.
