Ham and Cheese Sticks

Ingredients :

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8 cheese sticks (mozzarella or cheddar)

Instructions :

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the crescent dough into 8 triangles.
  3. Place one slice of ham on each triangle of dough, folding it to fit.
  4. Lay a cheese stick at the wider end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up the dough from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the cheese and ham completely.
  6. Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.

Serving Tips

Serve warm with mustard, ketchup, or a creamy dipping sauce. These also make a great side with soups or salads.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer until warm and crisp again.

Variation Ideas

  • Use turkey or chicken slices instead of ham.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds before baking for extra crunch.
  • Try flavored cheese sticks like pepper jack or smoked cheddar for more taste.
