Ingredients:
- 2 lb potatoes
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp bacon salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sweet paprika
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp lemon pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Wash and scrub potatoes well, leaving skins on. Cut into quarters and toss with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese with all spices.
- Arrange potatoes on a greased baking sheet or non-stick foil.
- Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over potatoes, coating all sides.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then turn the pan.
- Bake an additional 30 minutes for crispy fries, or 10 minutes more for softer fries.
