Instructions
- Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add Vegetables: Add sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables soften.
- Season: Stir in paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2–3 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve: Remove from heat. Top with shredded cheese, avocado slices, or chopped cilantro if desired. Serve hot with rice, tortillas, or crusty bread.
