Ingredients:
- 1 package Red Velvet Oreos (about 22 cookies)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 7 oz green candy melts
- Red heart sprinkles
Instructions:
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Add the Red Velvet Oreos to a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Add the cream cheese and pulse again until a soft dough forms.
- Using a 1-tablespoon scoop, portion the mixture and roll into balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Freeze for 30 minutes, until firm.
- Melt the green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. If needed, stir in ½ teaspoon coconut oil to thin.
- Dip each truffle into the melted candy, coating evenly, and return to the baking sheet.
- Drizzle with remaining melted candy and top each with a red heart sprinkle.
- Refrigerate for a few minutes until set, then serve.
