Ingredients:
- 1 (14.3-ounce) package Oreo cookies
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 12 ounces white chocolate or white candy melts
- Green food coloring
- Red heart sprinkles (optional)
Instructions:
- Crush the Oreos
Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
If you don’t have a food processor, seal them in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin. - Combine with Cream Cheese
Add the softened cream cheese to the crushed Oreos and mix until fully combined and a dough-like mixture forms. - Roll Into Balls
Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into smooth balls.
Arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. - Chill
Refrigerate or freeze the balls for 15–20 minutes to help them firm up for dipping. - Melt and Color the Chocolate
Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 20–30 second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
Add green food coloring until you reach the desired shade. - Dip the Balls
Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the green chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
Place them back on the parchment-lined sheet. - Decorate
Add a small red heart sprinkle to each ball before the coating hardens, if desired. - Set and Serve
Allow the coating to fully set.
Store the finished Oreo balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
