Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken onto skewers (if using) or grill pieces directly.
Cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred. - Remove from heat and let rest a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
