Grilled Chicken Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  •  2 tablespoons olive oil
  •  2 tablespoons soy sauce
  •  1 tablespoon honey
  •  1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  •  2 cloves garlic, minced
  •  1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
  4. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Thread chicken onto skewers (if using) or grill pieces directly.
    Cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
