Ingredients:
- 10 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
- 1 wheel brie cheese
- Raspberry preserves (to taste)
- Butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay one sheet of phyllo dough horizontally on a clean, dry surface and brush lightly with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and brush with butter. Repeat until you have 4 layered sheets.
- Layer the remaining phyllo sheets vertically over the first stack, brushing each with melted butter.
- Place the brie wheel in the center and spoon raspberry preserves over the top.
- Fold the phyllo corners up and over the brie to fully wrap it. Brush the outside with more melted butter.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and crisp.
- Serve warm with bread or crackers.
