Ingredients
- 1 pre-baked pie crust
- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup mini Reese’s peanut butter cups
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and fluffy. Gently fold in half of the mini Reese’s cups.
2. Fill the Pie Crust:
Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the pre-baked pie crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
3. Make the Chocolate Topping:
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the dark chocolate and heavy cream together in 20-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth and melted.
4. Assemble the Pie:
Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter filling. Sprinkle the remaining mini Reese’s cups on top.
5. Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Slice and serve chilled.
