Ingredients :
- 1 to 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers (about 30–60 crackers, depending on batch size)
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional, for color and mild heat)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions :
- Preheat your oven: Set to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Prepare the butter mixture: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, paprika, and Parmesan cheese. Stir well until everything is evenly combined.
- Coat the crackers: Place the Ritz crackers in a large bowl. Pour the seasoned butter mixture over the crackers and gently toss until each cracker is nicely coated. Use a spatula or clean hands to avoid breaking them.
- Arrange and bake: Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the crackers are golden and crisp. Keep a close eye on them near the end—they brown quickly!
- Cool and serve: Let the crackers cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving. Store any leftovers (if you have any!) in an airtight container for up to 3 days
