Ingredients:
- 3 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- 1 tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional, for juicier chicken)
- Garlic Butter:
- 8 tbsp salted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic salt
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, Montreal chicken seasoning, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, Cajun seasoning, and mayonnaise if using.
- Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Air fry at 400°F (205°C) for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine all garlic butter ingredients in a bowl.
- After 10 minutes, brush the skewers with garlic butter, flip, and air fry for another 10 minutes.
- Brush with additional garlic butter, sprinkle with extra Parmesan, and serve hot.
