Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional, for juicier chicken)
  • Garlic Butter:
  • 8 tbsp salted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, Montreal chicken seasoning, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, Cajun seasoning, and mayonnaise if using.
  2. Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto skewers.
  3. Air fry at 400°F (205°C) for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, combine all garlic butter ingredients in a bowl.
  5. After 10 minutes, brush the skewers with garlic butter, flip, and air fry for another 10 minutes.
  6. Brush with additional garlic butter, sprinkle with extra Parmesan, and serve hot.
