Garlic Parmesan

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb grass-fed ground beef

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 can (16oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

  • 2 tbsp European butter, melted

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Prep:
    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cook Filling:
    Brown ground beef in cast iron skillet → drain.
    Mix in garlic powderonion powder, S&P, cream cheese, and cheddar.

  3. Assemble Bombs:
    Flatten biscuit dough rounds → fill with beef mixture → seal edges.

  4. Parm Topping:
    Mix melted butter + Parmesan → brush on bombs with pastry brush.

  5. Bake & Serve:
    Bake 12-15 mins until golden → garnish with parsley.
