Ingredients :
- 2 lobster tails, halved lengthwise
- 1 lb sea scallops, patted dry
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions :

Prep Seafood:
Pat scallops dry. Halve lobster tails lengthwise; season all with salt/pepper. -
Sear Lobster:
Heat 2 tbsp butter + 3 tbsp olive oil in skillet over med-high.
Place lobster flesh-side down; sear 3-4 mins. Flip; cook 2-3 mins until opaque. Remove. -
Sear Scallops:
Add scallops; sear 2 mins/side until golden crust forms. Remove. -
Make Sauce:
Melt remaining butter. Sauté garlic 1 min. Add lemon juice and parsley. -
Finish:
Return seafood to skillet; baste with sauce 1 min. Garnish with lemon zest!
