Beef Bites:

1 lb beef steak

Olive oil

Unsalted butter

Minced garlic

Worcestershire sauce

Fresh parsley
Mashed Potatoes:

4 large potatoes

Whole milk

Garlic powder
Instructions :
1. Mashed Potatoes:

Boil potato chunks in salted water in heavy-duty pot until fork-tender (15 mins). Drain.

Mash with potato masher, adding butter, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cover; keep warm.
2. Beef Bites:

Pat steak dry; cube with chef’s knife. Season with salt/pepper.

Heat olive oil in cast-iron skillet over medium-high. Sear beef 2-3 mins/side until crusted.

Reduce heat. Add butter, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Sauté 2 mins until fragrant.

Stir in Worcestershire sauce; cook 1 min. Finish with parsley.
3. Serve:
Scoop mashed potatoes onto plates. Top with beef bites and extra butter sauce. Garnish with chives.
