Garlic Butter Beef Bites with Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients :

Beef Bites:

  • 1 lb beef steak

  • Olive oil

  • Unsalted butter

  • Minced garlic

  • Worcestershire sauce

  • Fresh parsley

Mashed Potatoes:

  • 4 large potatoes

  • Whole milk

  • Garlic powder

Instructions : 

1. Mashed Potatoes:

  • Boil potato chunks in salted water in heavy-duty pot until fork-tender (15 mins). Drain.

  • Mash with potato masher, adding buttermilk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cover; keep warm.

2. Beef Bites:

  • Pat steak dry; cube with chef’s knife. Season with salt/pepper.

  • Heat olive oil in cast-iron skillet over medium-high. Sear beef 2-3 mins/side until crusted.

  • Reduce heat. Add buttergarlic, and red pepper flakes. Sauté 2 mins until fragrant.

  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce; cook 1 min. Finish with parsley.

3. Serve:
Scoop mashed potatoes onto plates. Top with beef bites and extra butter sauce. Garnish with chives.
