Ingredients :
- 1 lb large scallops (pat dry!)
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs (Panko recommended)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions :

Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Scallops: Arrange scallops in a single layer in your baking dish. Pour garlic butter over them.

Topping: Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and parsley. Sprinkle generously over scallops.

Bake: 10-12 minutes until scallops are opaque and topping is golden.

Serve: Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
