Easy Sugar Cookie Christmas Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 ¼ cups sugar cookie mix
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Christmas sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment and lightly spray with non-stick spray.
  2. Heat the sweetened condensed milk in a large pot over medium heat, stirring often.
  3. Add the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, and butter. Stir until fully melted and smooth, then remove from heat.
  4. Stir in Christmas sprinkles.
  5. Pour into the prepared pan and top with extra sprinkles.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until firm.
  7. Slice into bite-sized squares and enjoy!
