Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups pancake mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixer, combine pancake mix, cheddar cheese, sausage, and milk until fully mixed.
- Scoop the mixture into balls using a cookie scoop.
- Place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–23 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Serve warm — great dipped in syrup or jelly!
