Easy Pancake Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups pancake mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixer, combine pancake mix, cheddar cheese, sausage, and milk until fully mixed.
  3. Scoop the mixture into balls using a cookie scoop.
  4. Place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20–23 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm — great dipped in syrup or jelly!
