Easy Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 jar (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Meat
    Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  2. Layer the Ingredients
    Spread a small amount of pasta sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
    Add a layer of frozen ravioli, followed by ground beef, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
    Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with sauce and cheese on top.
  3. Cook
    Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until ravioli are tender and cheese is melted.
  4. Serve
    Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Scoop and enjoy.

Serving Tips

  • Serve with garlic bread or a simple green salad
  • Add Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes for extra flavor
  • Ground sausage can be substituted for beef
