Ingredients
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips, melted
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup colorful sprinkles (for topping)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Your Work Area
Line a baking dish or tray with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside.
Step 2: Melt the White Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth. Let it cool slightly, but not harden.
Step 3: Mix the Candy Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed Cool Whip and vanilla extract.
Gradually fold in the melted white chocolate until fully incorporated.
Slowly sift in the powdered sugar, mixing until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.
Step 4: Shape the Candy
Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll into bite-sized balls using your hands. Place them onto the prepared tray.
Alternatively, spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish and press it flat for candy squares.
Step 5: Add the Sprinkles
While the candy is still tacky, sprinkle the colorful sprinkles on top. Gently press them in to ensure they stick.
Step 6: Chill and Set
Refrigerate the tray or dish for at least 1–2 hours, or until the candy is firm and easy to handle.
Serving Suggestions
