Ingredients:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 package bacon, cooked and chopped (reserve some for topping)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 jalapeños, roasted, deseeded, and minced (reserve some for topping)
- 1 head garlic, roasted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place jalapeños and whole garlic head on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and roast for 30–40 minutes until soft.
- Cool slightly, deseed and mince jalapeños. Squeeze roasted garlic cloves out of the skins.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Cook bacon until crispy; chop and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cheddar, mozzarella, bacon, roasted jalapeños, and roasted garlic until smooth.
- Spread mixture into an oven-safe dish or cast-iron skillet.
- Top with reserved bacon, jalapeños, and extra cheese if desired.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serve warm.
