Easy Air Fryer Pizza

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Grands biscuits with flaky layers
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage, fully cooked
  • 1 package pepperoni slices
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

  1. Open the package of biscuits and separate each biscuit into two layers.
  2. Roll each piece of biscuit dough into a 4-inch circle.
  3. Top each dough circle with about 2 teaspoons of pizza sauce.
  4. Add pepperoni and sausage, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. Gently place 2–4 pizzas in the basket, leaving about 1 inch of space between each.
  7. Air fry at 400°F for 4 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove the pizzas and cool slightly on a wire rack.
  9. Repeat with the remaining pizzas.

  • Swap sausage for cooked chicken or vegetables
  • Add olives, bell peppers, or mushrooms
  • Finish with a sprinkle of Italian seasoning
