- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage (crumbled)
- 1/2 cup crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos (for topping)
- 1 tbsp melted butter (optional, for brushing)
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions :
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle (about 10×14 inches) on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, mini pepperoni, and cooked sausage evenly over the sauce.
- Roll the dough up tightly from the long edge, like a jelly roll. Pinch the seam to seal.
- Cut into 1-inch slices and place them cut-side down on the baking sheet.
- Lightly brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if using.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle crushed Doritos over the hot rolls for a bold, crunchy finish.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Great with extra pizza sauce for dipping!
