Dolly’s Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • 1 box (12 oz) stuffing mix

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley (optional garnish)

Directions:

  1. Prep:
    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    Grease 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. Mix Base:
    In large mixing bowl, whisk soup, milk, broth, onion powder, garlic powder, S&P.
    Stir in chicken + vegetables.

  3. Prepare Topping:
    Make stuffing mix per package in separate bowl.

  4. Layer:
    Spread chicken mixture in dish → top evenly with stuffing.

  5. Bake:
    Uncovered 30-35 mins until bubbly.

  6. Serve:
    Rest 5 mins → garnish with fresh parsley.
