Delicious Creamy Coconut Cake

Ingredients :

  • 1 (16 oz) package white cake mix
  • 1 (14 oz) can cream of coconut
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (16 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (10 oz) package flaked coconut

Instructions : 

  1. Bake the cake mix according to package instructions in a 9×13 inch pan. Let it cool completely in the pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream of coconut and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  3. Using a straw or wooden skewer, poke holes all over the cooled cake. Slowly pour the creamy mixture evenly over the top, letting it soak into the cake.
  4. Gently spread the whipped topping over the surface of the cake, covering it completely.
  5. Sprinkle generously with flaked coconut.
  6. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours before serving to let the flavors meld and the texture become extra moist.

Serving Suggestion: Serve cold with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a sprinkle of toasted coconut for extra crunch. A crowd-pleaser for any celebration!
