Ingredients :
- 20 wonton wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup diced strawberries
- Oil for frying
- Additional powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions :

Make Filling:
Beat cream cheese + ½ cup powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in diced strawberries. -
Fill Wontons:
Pipe 1 tsp filling onto each wonton wrapper. Brush edges with water; fold diagonally to seal. -
Fry:
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in deep fryer. Fry 8-10 wontons at a time 2-3 mins until golden. -
Drain & Serve:
Transfer to cooling rack with tongs. Dust with powdered sugar.
