Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 10 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined — do not overmix.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
- Heat a lightly greased nonstick pan or griddle over medium heat.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter per pancake and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until bubbles form on top and the edges look set.
- Flip and cook for another minute or two until done.
