Crockpot Steak Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Add the cubed steak to your crockpot. If there’s any excess moisture on the steak, pat it dry first for better browning.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the steak cubes in the crockpot and stir gently to coat all pieces evenly.
  4. Dot the top with the butter pieces, distributing them across the surface.
  5. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours, until the steak bites are very tender.
  6. Give everything a gentle stir before serving. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if you like a pop of color and freshness.
  7. Serve warm over mashed potatoes, fluffy white rice, buttered noodles, or just enjoy them on their own!
