Ingredients:
- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
- Add the cubed steak to your crockpot. If there’s any excess moisture on the steak, pat it dry first for better browning.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the steak cubes in the crockpot and stir gently to coat all pieces evenly.
- Dot the top with the butter pieces, distributing them across the surface.
- Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours, until the steak bites are very tender.
- Give everything a gentle stir before serving. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if you like a pop of color and freshness.
- Serve warm over mashed potatoes, fluffy white rice, buttered noodles, or just enjoy them on their own!
