Crockpot Snowman Balls

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz white candy melts and/or white chocolate chips
  • 6 cups Corn Pops cereal (or popcorn)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Add white candy melts to the crockpot and melt on low for about 1 hour. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add Corn Pops and gently fold until fully coated.
  3. Use a cookie scoop to drop scoops into cupcake liners on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Dust with powdered sugar for a snowy finish.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour until firm. Enjoy!
