Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste - For the Topping:
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Directions:
- Mix Meatloaf:
Combine beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, milk, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in mixing bowl. - Shape & Place:
Form loaf; place in meatloaf pan or directly into slow cooker. - Make Glaze:
Whisk ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread over loaf. - Cook:
Cover; cook on LOW 6-7 hours (160°F internal temp). - Rest & Serve:
Rest 10 mins. Slice; serve with mashed potatoes.
