Crockpot Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Topping:
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Directions:

  1. Mix Meatloaf:
    Combine beefbreadcrumbsonioneggmilkWorcestershiregarlic powder, salt, and pepper in mixing bowl.
  2. Shape & Place:
    Form loaf; place in meatloaf pan or directly into slow cooker.
  3. Make Glaze:
    Whisk ketchupbrown sugar, and mustard. Spread over loaf.
  4. Cook:
    Cover; cook on LOW 6-7 hours (160°F internal temp).
  5. Rest & Serve:
    Rest 10 mins. Slice; serve with mashed potatoes.
