Crockpot Beef Tips

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds stew meat
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the crockpot
    Place the stew meat in the bottom of the slow cooker and spread it out evenly.
  2. Add the seasonings
    Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix, onion soup mix, and ranch seasoning packet evenly over the meat.
  3. Add the butter
    Place the stick of butter on top of the seasoned meat.
  4. Cook
    Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until the beef becomes tender and the flavors combine into a rich gravy.
  5. Serve
    Spoon the beef tips and gravy over warm mashed potatoes.

Tips
