Ingredients :
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1 oz packet onion soup mix
- 1 can (14 oz) low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) low-sodium cream of chicken soup
- 1 oz packet dry pork gravy mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
To Thicken the Gravy:
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp cold water
Instructions :

Make the Gravy Base
In a 5–6 quart oval slow cooker, whisk together:
- Onion soup mix
- Chicken broth
- Cream of chicken soup
- Pork gravy mix

Season the Pork Chops
Sprinkle garlic powder on both sides of the pork chops. -
Layer the Pork Chops
Place the seasoned pork chops into the slow cooker, doing your best to spread them out in the gravy mixture. -
Cook Low & Slow
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours, until pork chops are tender. -
Thicken the Gravy
About 30 minutes before serving:
- In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and cold water until smooth.
- Pour the slurry into the slow cooker and stir gently.
- Turn the slow cooker to HIGH, cover again, and cook for another 30 minutes until the gravy thickens.
