Ingredients:
- 1 (6–8 lb) fully cooked spiral-cut ham
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 (20 oz) can pineapple slices, with juice
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves (optional)
Instructions:
- Spray the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the ham flat side down in the crock pot.
- Pour the pineapple juice from the can over the ham.
- Arrange the pineapple slices over the top and sides of the ham.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the ham and drizzle honey on top.
- If using, sprinkle ground cloves for extra flavor.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours, or until heated through and caramelized.
- Baste the ham with the juices every hour for best flavor.
- Once done, remove the ham carefully, slice, and serve with the sweet pineapple glaze from the slow cooker.
