Ingredients:
- 2 lb potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or choice)
- 4 oz turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 oz chicken ham, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Layer half the potatoes in the dish. Top with half the onion, garlic, turkey bacon, and chicken ham. Pour over half the cream mixture.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes until tender and bubbly.
- Rest briefly before serving.
