Creamy Garlic Sauce Baby Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10–12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (do not burn).
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked potatoes to the sauce, tossing gently to coat evenly.
  6. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving (optional).

Serving Tip: Serve warm as a side dish with chicken, steak, or roasted vegetables.
