Creamy Garlic Sauce Baby Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10–12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (do not burn).
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
- Add the cooked potatoes to the sauce, tossing gently to coat evenly.
- Simmer for another 2–3 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving (optional).
