Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken & Linguine in Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients :

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz linguine, cooked and drained
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method : 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add chicken, and cook until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add cooked linguine and chicken, toss to coat evenly, and heat through. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
