Ingredients :
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz linguine, cooked and drained
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Method :
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add chicken, and cook until golden and cooked through.
- Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked linguine and chicken, toss to coat evenly, and heat through. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
