Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Season the chicken cutlets on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Spread cottage cheese evenly over each piece of chicken, pressing lightly so it adheres.
- In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Press each cottage-cheese-coated cutlet into the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
- Place cutlets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F / 74°C).
- For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end, watching closely.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh green salad.

Optional Variations
- Use seasoned or panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese to the breadcrumb mixture for more flavor.
- Pan-fry in a little olive oil over medium heat for a crispier crust if preferred.
