Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 cup cooked cranberries
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, cooked cranberries, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and sage. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Using your hands or a scoop, shape the mixture into medium-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Lightly brush the tops with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are golden and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Serving Ideas:

Serve as a holiday appetizer, a side dish, or alongside turkey gravy for extra flavor.
