Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 cup cooked cranberries
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried sage (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, cooked cranberries, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and sage. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Using your hands or a scoop, shape the mixture into medium-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are golden and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
