Ingredients:
- 20 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 1/4 cups parmesan, shredded
- Parsley, red pepper flakes, cracked black pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook tortellini in salted boiling water for 3–5 minutes; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sear for 3–5 minutes until browned; remove.
- Add butter to the skillet. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and milk; simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Whisk in parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Return steak and tortellini to the pan; toss for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley, cracked black pepper, or red pepper flakes. Serve hot.
