1 lb chicken tenders (or breast strips)

1 cup Ritz crackers, finely crushed

½ cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
Creamy Binder:

½ cup mayonnaise

1 packet (1 oz) Ranch seasoning mix

½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder
Instructions :

Prep:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line baking sheet with parchment.

Binder Mix:

Combine mayo, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Coating Station:

Crush Ritz crackers (use food processor for fine crumbs).

Mix crumbs with Parmesan.

Coat & Bake:

Dip tenders in mayo mix, then crumb mix (press firmly).

Arrange on sheet. Bake 20-25 mins until golden and 165°F internal.
