Ingredients:
• 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup ranch dressing
• 9 lasagna noodles (cooked and drained)
• 1½ cups cooked and crumbled bacon
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1½ cups milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, and milk until smooth. Stir in shredded chicken and half of the bacon.
- Spread a thin layer of the mixture in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Layer with 3 noodles, more chicken mixture, and a sprinkle of mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Repeat layers twice more, finishing with cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Tip: Garnish with extra bacon or chopped green onions before serving.
