Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of crusty Italian bread
- 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:

Prep Filling:
Chop shrimp into ½” pieces. Mix with cream cheese, mozzarella, parsley, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. -
Hollow Bread:
Slice bread lengthwise with bread knife. Scoop out center (save for croutons!). -
Stuff & Bake:

Pack filling into bread halves.

Brush outsides with melted butter.

Wrap tightly in foil. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 mins.

Unwrap; bake 5 mins until golden.

Serve:
Slice into “bombs.” Dip in garlic aioli!
