Crabby Shrimp-Stuffed Garlic Bread Bombs

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf of crusty Italian bread
  • 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prep Filling:
    Chop shrimp into ½” pieces. Mix with cream cheesemozzarellaparsleyminced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  2. Hollow Bread:
    Slice bread lengthwise with bread knife. Scoop out center (save for croutons!).

  3. Stuff & Bake:

    • Pack filling into bread halves.

    • Brush outsides with melted butter.

    • Wrap tightly in foil. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 mins.

    • Unwrap; bake 5 mins until golden.

  4. Serve:
    Slice into “bombs.” Dip in garlic aioli!
