Ingredients:
- 14 oz finely chopped crab meat (fresh or imitation)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 1 1/3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 3 Tbsp chopped green onions
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

- Wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl (or directly in a casserole dish), mix crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, 1 cup mozzarella, green onions, garlic, and black pepper until well combined.
- Spread evenly in a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool for 3–4 minutes, then drizzle with sweet chili sauce and garnish with extra green onions if desired.
- Serve hot with wonton chips, crackers, or tortilla chips.
- Wonton Chips
- Cut wonton wrappers in half diagonally to form triangles.
- Heat oil to about 325°F (165°C).
- Fry wontons in batches for 45–60 seconds until golden.
- Drain on paper towels, sprinkle lightly with salt, and serve.
