Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken cubes lightly with salt, paprika, and black pepper.
2. Cook the Chicken
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked.

Lower the heat and add the cottage cheese and Parmesan to the skillet. Stir well so the cottage cheese melts and combines with the Parmesan, forming a creamy sauce.
