Cool Whip Christmas Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 box cake mix (any flavor, red or green for Christmas)
• 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar)
• 1 large egg
• Powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, whipped topping, and egg. Mix until a thick, sticky dough forms.
  3. Scoop spoonfuls of dough and roll them into balls.
  4. Generously coat each dough ball in powdered sugar.
  5. Place on the baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cookies are set and crackled on top.
  7. Allow to cool on the tray for a few minutes, then transfer to a rack.
